8/10 Very good

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. It was very useful to have a station to charge the electric car overnight. The bar next to the hotel was quite noisy on a saturday evening which was a bit annoying

A short but nice stay in Pontarlier

Friendly staff, a nice room but a little bit too hot and a bit noisy. A nice hotel, very well situated.

8/10 Very good

The staff was professional and friendly. They spoke enough English to answer basic questions. The bed was more comfortable than most places. The basic room was spacious for one person. The breakfast was wonderful! Sausage or bacon, eggs, crepes, croissants, deli meat, cheese, variety of jams and nutella, yogurt and cappuccino machine for EUR 13.50 each day. Well worth the price and my favorite thing about the hotel. My only concern is the AC kept turning off on it's own, even in the middle of the night. Otherwise, a solid hotel.

We were really impressed with the hotel, spotlessly clean, modern and good rooms. Location is functional. Great value for money

Excellent service and very clean

Very good room and very clean hotel. Very friendly English speaking staff who gave excellent service.

Solid, clean and safe

Solid but boring bed-for-a-night-while-travelling option. Highlights include being clean, safe, having electric charging easily available on-site and having several eating options available within walking distance. Breakfast wasn't very good and it's relatively expensive - possibly due to being in an expensive region of France. Would stay again if I had to stop somewhere in the area.

No 24 hours desk. I obtained the instructions for self check in but they locked the door to access the pad to enter the pin. We almost had to sleep in the car.
