The room was clean and there was an area for fridge/microwave and this was an accessible room. The front desk sent extra towels in case of "shower leaking". It leaked all the way out the restroom door on the floor. Huge liability for anyone staying in this room let alone anyone handicapped. It would not leak had the shower been installed properly. Also, the water in the shower was tepid/lukewarm. Did not get even close to hot. There also was no place for hanging garments! And the chair at the small desk was rather worn all around the edges and needs replaced. Sitting on the edge of bed gives you a loud squeaking but at least not when you are in bed. Last but not least, housekeeping was knocking at our door at 9:30 in the morning to see if we were still there. Husband was still sleeping and checkout isn't until 11:00! Basically, it was a train wreck. The best thing I can say is that the room appeared nice and clean.

We (me and my pup) had a great stay! This location is quiet (even on first floor), good size room, with plenty of space and also very clean! Parking was easy and plentiful. It is also next door to a wonderful bistro restaurant. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Only things I’d change: The high deposit ($200!), more of a pet relief area, and breakfast upgrade(s) - protein options, juices/fruit, toast! Other than that, would definitely stay again!

The motel and the surrounding area look run down from the outside, but rooms are completely remodeled with nice countertops, modern fixtures and furniture. Good for a quick overnight stay if you're on a budget. The town of Hermiston is not too far away for shopping and to grab a bite to eat.

Parking is good. Spacious and well maintained no additional fees to park in the parking lot and well security along with constant patrol of the Umatilla police too. The staff are always available. Was able to check in several hours early without an issue. Air conditioning can get VERY cold if you let it lol! Worked well no complaints with that. Room is always clean as well, this is my 4th time staying this year and really enjoyed it. True non smoking rooms (all of them) well maintained and simplistic.
