Excellent location with comfortable rooms. Good value for money and the self check in worked seamlessly. Excellent air conditioning as well, essential in the summer in Munich!

Super location...clean room, coffee machine, air-conditioner in room. Laundry available downstairs but you have to book the machines digitally. 5 minutes from Munich central station, dining options very close.

Easy to find, easy check in, very convenient location.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, well located close to the train station. Had a courtyard facing so it was a pretty loud room in the evenings with people and/or cars. Check-in process was all with a screen and required pre-filling some paperwork sent to email. Not the smoothest check-in experience. Unable to use their kiosk to check out d/t error, but staff member on phone provided prompt assistance.

Clean, close to everything, quiet - had a garden view room

The proximity to the train station was great. The people that hung around on the street were sketchy.

Nice and clean. It offers a voucher of 10 euros to use at the bar if you skip room service for a day during your stay (for more than 2 days). Highly recommended.

Good hotel. There is no staff, it is completely automated from check in to check out. Ask for courtyard view room to avoid street traffic noise. Rooms are good. Across the street there is another King’s hotel where there is staff. If needed their staff can help.

Room and area was clean. Needed to get used to no front desk staff in the same area of the hotel; self-service was different.

Very modern, clean with convenient location. The hotel didn’t have a front desk . However the check in was easy. Definitely a great place to stay in Munich.

No staff on property but check in was easy. Our shower door would not stay closed. Probably an easy fix. Nice self service laundry room.

Having the ability to do laundry & leave our bags made this stay for us!! There was one 6” x 6” square on a wall under the desk that was a metal grid—looked like it was in the midst of being repaired. As a family traveling with an adult child—the room lay-out worked well for us.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel is well located to the train station and not a long walk into town . The hotel is a self check in ,which went well . There is a sister hotel across the street with staff that can help if there's a problem. The room was good ,there was the rumble of the trams outside but not enough to stop me from sleeping . There is a self storage for luggage in the basement (which we used ) . I had trouble opening the locker ,turn the knob opposite to what you think. Good hotel ,good location

I never met any staff. The room was a good size, shower worked well. I would certainly recommend this accommodation.

10/10 Exceptional

Really nice and cosy accommodations for a weeks stay in Munich, location is 10/10, staff are great, easy self check in and check out. Bathroom was fantastic, big shower and mirror. My only complaint was that I thought the kitchen package came with salt and oil but we had neither, regardless though the use of the kitchenette for 20Euro per day was good. The laundry facilities in the basement were appreciated also, clean and cheap.
