Excellent find after Air B&B disappointment

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful receptionist with all explained clearly

6/10 Good

Travel was during the summer and the air-conditioning was leaking onto the floor, probably the drain pan was clogged. The loft beds had no air-conditioning and relied on a plug-in fan to ventilate the space so it was rather warm. Otherwise room was clean, and receptionist was great at checking us in.

2/10 Poor

We walked in we had issues with check in as no booking number was identified then issues with payment at their machine for check in - the room was smelling of mob that was not cleaned and dirty water - the heating did not work - the carpet was dirty and full of dogs hair - and finally the bedsheets were having dirty round stains

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great idea to have mezzanine style family room for 4 but unfortunately unbearable temperature in upstairs part. We had to sleep on floor downstairs.
