Overall our stay was good. The hotel was very conveniently within walking distance to a lot of attractions. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was great with a nice shower. Only thing to note is that a little TLC needs to be performed on the room, such as paint, floor and furniture updating, but overall it was a good stay and would stay again!

I was scared after I had already booked and began reading some posts in a Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg group. I was pleasantly surprised! It is an older hotel, but it was clean, NO BUGS. My family enjoyed the spacious room.,,,,,here were some repairs that could be made and a few upgrades however I do recommend and WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Room was good beds comfortable, air conditioner was good. Was some loose baseboards with nails sticking out and some missing pieces on the floor in one spot. Also, wish the pool wasn’t locked up so the kid could swim since it was so hot outside. But over all stay was good location was great

The hotel is tired…. But it should be at least clean, the corners of the rooms were disgusting, behind bed etc etc and floors. The bathroom was also dirty, with the toilet scaled up and did break and was not repaired whilst we were there. The air conditioning was functioning but has towels in the walkway outside as it obviously leaks. On checkin, you can be greeted by a very miserable receptionist, who could not care any less if he tried. It stated there was breakfast, but not sure where that was served. On a positive note they did go overboard on the amount of towels as they left the previous guests towel hanging on the back of the door. I would genuinely say avoid this hotel… as you can see I never review places low. It does have a good location!

The hotel appearance from the outside was nice. However, in our room a king jacuzzi suite, the shower in the loft leaked through to the downstairs stairs and got a bunch of our luggage wet. The next issues was that the toilet in the loft backup every-time it was flushed. There were other issues like the exterior door where it would take multiple attempts to even get the card reader to recognize a key was even inserted. TV cable wires routed over the stairs, paint missing off of the walls in the bathrooms, bathroom doors that would not close unless you lifted them, etc. The biggest issue however was the beds. I have slept on concrete that was softer. Coupled with the fact that every movement from either the bed in the loft or the downstairs sounded like someone dumping a toolbox, it was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We absolutely enjoyed it. Room smelled amazing upon arrival. Beds beautifully made. Beds are super comfy. This place is close to everything.
