We had a lovely stay in Koh Mook. This hotel offers great value and service. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very dedicated and help immediately with any small request. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is an inexpensive hotel on a remote island. I arrived in a cast and they were very kind and helpful.

Great view from beach terrace. Room was OK but the whole place is a little dated and lacks maintenance. Pool didnt look very clean. Not much choice for breakfast. Shame about the plastic water bottles used daily. The mosque really isnt a problem like others say.

Great location, but let down by many small things.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, right next to the beach and the room we had (sky room) was big and light and the included breakfast selection was pretty good Unfortunately, this place is let down by quite a few things. the beach area in front is not cleaned, so rubbish and debris is just left there. the room was not that well cleaned , you could see that the mirror, doors etc, especially in the bathroom had not even been wiped down for quite some considerable time, Beach towels that had been left on the sunbeds by previous customers were left on he beds , so it was not possible to differentiate between ones that had just not been removed by staff and those that were "reserved" by selfish residents who put their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and did not come to use them until many hours later !!! Overall, because we booked some time in advance, we had a reasonable price, so accepted the negatives at this place because it was in a great location. However, we spoke to some people who booked more last minute and paid over double what we did and I would not have been happy at that price with all the problems. If you turn right at the beach ... You will find some great bar/ restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away.

If you are looking for a bed with aircon this will do. The property was very run down, with marks on towels and bed linen. There are building works around the property and it’s located directly next to the loudspeaker for the religious calls at 5am. Overall not great value for money as it wasn’t the cheapest with aircon and we spent all day out of the property

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in guter Lage! Die Anlage ist traumhaft,benötigt jedoch viel Liebe. Die Zimmersauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Das Bett in den Bungalows ist hart und zu klein. Das Bad benötigt eine Sanierung. Ja es gibt viele Hunde auf dem Gelände und ja auch die Mosche ist zu hören. Das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut und hat viel Luft nach oben. Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen. Die Menschen auf Koh Muk sind super freundlich und man hat alles was man braucht. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt

Rummet var rymligt men väldigt tomt. Endast sängar och inte en enda sittplats eller skåp. Rummet var för 4 personer men det fanns endast två solstolar på balkongen. Anslutande pool rengjordes inte en enda gång under våra 4 dygn och var full med löv och kvistar. Väldigt sparsam frukost som mycket väl kan förbättras.

Værelset lugtede af fugt og alt i rummet var af dårlig standard/gammelt udslidt. Vi havde ikke vand de første timer vi var der pga en pumpe der ikke fungerede. Der var hunde overalt der, som også lå oven på vores bord på terrassen. Udsigten er fin, men til prisen er det simpelthen for dårligt. Vi boede først på nabo resorted og det var langt bedre til samme pris
