Location is great, it's the biggest hotel near to Ximending. Since it's a large hotel, the check-in process is very chaotic, but once done. the stay was okay.

This hotel is not as I expected! Staying here for 5 nights was only okay. We got our room on the third floor which was pretty loud at night with people talking street level downstair. And our room was not cleaned after we got back after 4pm and not until we need to call the reception for room service. There’s no amenities. Only two bottles of water for first day only. The staffs are not as friendly without smiles. The only advantage is shopping and restaurants nearby.

Excellent location as only 2 mins walk to Ximen station and just opposite Ximending Shopping District. Breakfast has various variety options and the refill is fast. Thot room is small but facility is complete and ease of control. Check-in is less than few mins and Check-out is just seconds.
