I stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights during my week in Kas and it was perfect! It is located in an area where most everything is accessible by foot. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the staff welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, served in the garden with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Don’t miss staying at the Livia!

Room was spacious with a nice view of the ocean. I have enjoyed my balcony rooftop room. Situated close to many restaurants and supermarkets. All in walking distance of 5 to minutes. Friendly staff and delicious Turkish breakfast. Very satisfied with my stay.

The roof top room was lovely and clean. AC worked well! Very good location close to the beach and city centre. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that the manager of the hotel was slightly rude to both me and my husband. In the past two weeks in Turkey, we have been treated with kindness and respect everywhere else. Hence we will conclude he was just having an off day.

İçine girdiğim oda, maalesef hayatımda kalmak durumunda olduğum en pis yerlerden biriydi. Yerdeki saçları ve yataktaki kılları bir kenara bıraksak bile, duvarlarda örümcekler ve yerde çeşitli böcekler vardı. Havalandırma kapakları ve tavan pervanesinin üzeri yoğun şekilde tozla kaplıydı. Kapı eşiklerinin rengi kirden değişmişti. Kapının arkasında ise oldukça eski ve belirgin bir örümcek ağı vardı; yani oda yalnızca 2-3 gündür temizlenmemiş gibi değil, uzun süredir detaylı temizlik görmemiş izlenimi veriyordu. Kahvaltıda da ne yazık ki hijyen konusunda benzer sıkıntılarla sık sık karşılaştık. Olumlu tarafı, otelin konumu iyi ve çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya, ilgilenmeye çalışıyorlar. Odalar eski ve bakımsız olsa da bu durum bir ölçüde tolere edilebilir. Ancak temizlik ve hijyen konusunda ciddi eksiklikler var. Özellikle konaklama tesislerinde temel beklentinin temizlik olduğunu düşünürsek, bu konuda çok ciddi bir iyileştirmeye ihtiyaçları olduğunu düşünüyorum.
