This hotel has a serious issue with the air conditioning. Staff was called to address the problem but could not fix the issue nor did they offer to change the room

The windows have double glazing and extra layer of sun glass screen. It was really hot and stuffy in the room, AC worked pretty bad. We had to open the room door to get fresh air.

oda fiyatiyla ilgili oldugunu dusunuyorum fakat bir sise su koymak yerine sozde cevre dostuyuz vurgusunu yaparak boş surahi koymalari ve suyu odanin disinda cooller’dan alabilecegimizi yazmalari cok garipti. Klima sogutmak yerine sadece calisiyor sesi cikartiyordi.

6/10 Good

The staff at reception is very unfriendly and slow. I arrived at the hotel early , thus left my bags till evening time for check in . When I returned to the hotel for check in had to wait for a long time and the staff didn’t even help to take my bag from the storage ... Moreover the acoustic of the room is terrible. The room walls are not sound proof at all . I could hear all conversations of the guests staying next door ...
