Excellent price-friendly sleep-and-go hotel

Excellent sleep-and-go hotel that is modern and well-kept. The room is small but clean and has everything you need for a good night's sleep. Please note that the bathroom door also serves as the door to the shower, and the toilet is not separated by a full wall. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can get gated parking for 2 euros or park for free on the street. The breakfast isn’t a huge buffet, but it includes delicious, freshly baked croissants. You are welcome to use the kitchen, and there is a nice seating area outside as well. Great value for the money.

Great place to stay for a night or two. On the outer western side of Le Mans. Well connected to the main road network. Plenty of parking with shaded parking. Good transport link into Le Mans via a very regular Tram service. Rooms are sufficient very practical and clean. Toilet/shower room was compact. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff who were very informative and friendly. Have a nice summer 😊

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for the tram into LeMans centre and the race circuit. The only negatives were very hot rooms and the bathroom really needed a deep clean to get rid of black mould. The rest of the room was really clean and fresh.

Things have gone downhill since the change from Eklo to the current owner. We had a reservation, but upon arrival, it seemed as though they still had to find rooms for us on the spot; the process took a very long time. We reserved a parking space, but the access card didn't work at the gate, and the intercom there wasn't working either. We had to walk all the way around to the reception to ask them to open the gate. In our room (which wasn't next to our teenagers' room—a bit inconvenient, but never mind), the toilet kept running after being flushed. We reported this to reception, but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was very meager and consisted only of sweet items: baguette, croissant or pain au chocolat, applesauce, jam, or honey. Under Eklo, there used to be a choice of ham and cheese as well.
