Bu durum, kahvaltı hizmetinin sürekliliği açısından memnuniyetsizlik oluşturmuştur. Üç kişi olarak konakladığımız odada yalnızca iki adet 500 ml içme suyu bulunması ve çıkış gününe kadar ilave su temininin sağlanmaması da temel misafir ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması bakımından yetersiz kalmıştır. Ayrıca, otopark girişinin akşam saatlerinde kapalı olması ve otel önünde araç parkına uygun yeterli alan bulunmaması, ulaşım ve erişim açısından ciddi bir olumsuzluk oluşturmuştur. Bunlara ek olarak, resepsiyon çalışanlarının misafir taleplerine karşı daha ilgili, çözüm odaklı ve yönlendirici bir yaklaşım sergilemesi beklenirdi. Genel hizmet deneyimi, Hilton markasının bilinen kalite standardı ve misafir memnuniyeti anlayışıyla uyumlu bulunmamıştır. Oda guzel genis. Yataklar rahat temiz. Ama inceden sürekli bir sigara kokusu vardi. Cam tam kapanmiyordu. İsitma cok iyi degildi gece usuduk. Odadaki fincanlar kirliydi. Havuz önce acik dediler hazirlanip indigimizde devir daim bozuk calismiyor dediler. Hadi spor yapalim dedik muzigi acin diyince hoparlorler bozuk dediler. Yani teknik sıkıntılar var. Müşteri kabul ederken gerekli kontrolleri yapmak gerekir. Spayi havuzu kullanamadık.Kahvalti cok iyiydi. Personel genelde guleryuzlu ve yardim severler.
