Family and pet friendly

Great except for the music in the foyer that could be hear gently weeping through the bedroom walls during siesta. Perfect other than that. Personally we loved the fact that it was a family friendly hotel with lots of kids running around - also dog friendly too 😊😘

They had an event during our stay, which led to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to find parking. Pool was closed. Shower head broken. Place is very peaceful and serene. Very clean and staff helpful. Close to being an excellent hotel, just need to tie up some loose ends.

Cancelled my booking the evening before we were due to check in. Expedia sent an email. After a really long hard day of travel, to find out when we arrived at the hotel it was closed. El hotel magnífico; instalaciones muy bien. la zona de la piscina muy bien. El patio es una maravilla. El paraje donde está el hotel es maravilloso. El único defecto la ausencia de wifi en las habitaciones, solo había en las zonas comunes… no es un problema. Pero en general muy bien.

Es una estancia para disfrutar sin prisa , el área de juegos y un poco deteriorado..pero he de decir que no creo que sea culpa del hotel.Restauracion ,todo riquísimo,presentado con mimo y dedicación,el desayuno bufet muy variado y bien preparado. En skuffende omgang! Aldrig har vi oplevet så uforskammet personale på et hotel i Spanien. Mere eller mindre alle i både reception, i baren og i restauranten får en til et føle at man er til besvær. Næsten ingen kan et eneste ord engelsk og virker irriteret over at man prøver at kommunikere på engelsk. Værelserne trænger til kraftig renovering med ødelagte gulve og dårlige senge

Hemos estado alojados del Jueves a Domingo con la intención de desconectar y descansar, pero la experiencia no ha cumplido con lo esperado, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio por noche. Lo peor de nuestra estancia ha sido: Ruido constante de lavadoras, muy molesto, que dificulta seriamente el descanso. Colchones de muelles muy deteriorados, hundidos e incómodos, lo que hace prácticamente imposible dormir bien. Mala insonorización: se escucha absolutamente todo, como si las paredes fueran de papel. Cortinas poco opacas, dejan pasar bastante luz desde primera hora de la mañana. Limpieza en horarios poco adecuados: las camareras de pisos hacen las habitaciones incluso a las 16:00 de la tarde, generando bastante ruido en horas en las que muchos huéspedes aún descansan. Ya que es una zona donde no hay cobertura y dependes unicamente del wifi del hotel, el internet es prácticamente inutilizable, muy lento o directamente sin conexión la mayor parte del tiempo. Relación calidad-precio deficiente, ya que el coste no corresponde con el nivel de confort ofrecido. Además, en su web se vende como un lugar ideal para el descanso, pero nuestra experiencia ha sido justo la contraria. Como punto positivo, el entorno es tranquilo y bonito, pero creemos que el hotel necesita mejorar mucho en aspectos básicos si quiere cumplir con lo que promete
