The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a hint of cat smells in the hall. The property was well kept and picturesque! Not much to do in Grand Falls. We did go to the Bullpen pub. We would highly recommend it..patio on the water. Breakfast was delicious but there was no lingering…only 4people to the one table.

Poor Breakfast

Everything was very good except for Breakfast.Unfortunately that left allot to be desired. You had a choice of 2 french toast and a slice of ham Or two eggs with a slice of Ham and toasts. No home fries, sliced tomatoes or bacon… we ordered our eggs over easy however the yolk was cooked as hard as a boiled egg. The white of the egg was chewy it was so much overcooked.
