Reserved and paid for a king room. We Arrived at 930pm. King room not available. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a queen room The 2 bath towels were the size of a hand towel. The chairs in the room were stained. Beds were uncomfortable and very thin bedding. No hair dryer. On a positive note The shower had good pressure.

While the room clean this ageing establishment could use a facelift. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They could use new towels and bed linen. Breakfast was the usual that you get most everywhere but good. The exterior could use some sprucing up, weeding and maybe some friendly flowers to attract visitors. I would stay there again as it offered a good walking road for me and my dogs. With some simple elbow grease this hotel could bring in more people.

The hotel was not great. - Room appeared clean but extremely dated. - Carpets were very stained in the room. - The bedding was clean, but the bed underneath was horribly stained, quite shocking that they still kept that bed in use. I don’t mean 1 or 2 stains… - The sink was cracked. - The door didn’t close properly and would make a noise so you’d go and pull them closed. - The breakfast largely ran out at 8:30 - there was no eggs left, no bread (but we were able to get some after asking), no plates even. I’ve also never seen a continental breakfast without any fruit. - Staff were nice, air conditioning worked fine. This hotel needs some investment by the ownership. I’m surprised it was even a Ramada brand.

This is not a 5 star hotel, it's not fair to compare it to a Hilton or a Marriott. But for the price and the room it gets full marks. I just needed somewhere to sleep for 8 hours, as I had already been driving for 14 hours. It was QUIET, room was clean, water was hot, bed was super comfortable (even though it looked like it might not be). The price was GREAT, the breakfast was HOT and very good. NO COMPLAINTS, I would totally stay here again and have told all my other courier drivers about it.
