The only problems were around access codes after the reception had closed. Your code could not be used so I had to use the help line. And the barrier needed a new key board as the buttons were worn. Each button had to be pressed hard and you had to do it very slowly.

Not up to standard

As Reception is only open limited hours for check-in we checked in using the code sent. The room smelled of smoke, otherwise clean. The air conditioning did not work but as there was nobody at Reception we could not ask for help. We could not find the advertised lift and had to walk up the stairs. The bed was extremely hard. The extractor fan for the shower did not work. We there had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy with an outside corridor. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and when reception was open they did kindly put our ice blocks in the freezer.

Chambre propre mais hôtel un peu vétuste. Clim en panne, grille cassée, pare douche mal entretenu, douche sabot, pas d'ascenceur. Points positifs, lieu calme, resto l'indigo à proximité qui offre 10% aux clients sur présentation de la facture, chambre familiale fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner au top avec choix varié.

Séjour plutôt agréable dans l’ensemble et chambre globalement propre. Quelques points sont toutefois à améliorer : le sol était légèrement collant, certains joints de la douche étaient moisis, et il n’y avait pas de sacs poubelle dans les poubelles des toilettes et de la salle de bain. Ce sont de petits détails, mais leur amélioration rendrait le séjour plus agréable.

J’ai rencontré un problème avec ma réservation qui a été réglé par le personnel. Mais dommage que l’accueil se fasse sur un terminal. J’ai aussi rencontré des problèmes avec l’accès à la chambre et il a fallu patienter presque 1 heure dehors même si bien entendu le problème a été résolu
