Usually very good - but

Normally we stay at this hotel and its very good. Unfortunately this time the sink in the bathroom was blocked and all the drainage was loose and leaked on the floor. The staff member could not give us another room as the hotel eas full - but she helped as best she could. My son fortunately managed to undo the drain and screw it all back together and the staff member managed to obtain some drain cleaner and also mopped the floor. We willl put it down to an unfortunate experience but it should have all been checked in advance!!

Close-ish to the airport but expensive to ride share there in the early morning. Very clean and the view of the French countryside was nice. Great option for 4 people because they offer lofts with twin beds.

Shower curtain was moldy/dirty. Bath towel had a long hair in it. Beds were comfortable and size of room with extra beds for kids was nice. Price was affordable and it’s 15min from Beauvais airport but wouldn’t stay here again.

Late night entry problems

We got in late and they had a self check in at the front door which was fine, but it was confusing on how to get the gate code to pull my car in. It finally came to my email but was very frustrating as it was late and my kids were tired. I rang the door bell intercom that says ring for help, but no one answered. So i spent 30 min trying to get in. Finally someone else who had been there already came up behind us and let us in.

Tried to make us pay twice.

When we arrived the receptionist asked me how I would like to pay, I said we had already paid via hotels.com months ago. She insisted this was just a reservation and no payment had been made. I showed the receipt for the payment, she still wasn’t having any of it. I had to show my bank account with the amount leaving my bank and she still didn’t accept. It took about 30 minutes of her on and off of the phone to a colleague until she said “ok here’s your key” no apology. I read reviews on another review site and this has happened to 3 other British people so I feel they are trying to get people to pay twice.

Premier séjour ou la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, vétusté de la salle de bain, chaleur importante (il y avait 30 degrés) obliger de mettre la clim qui fait un bruit atroce, Deuxième séjour contraint car je ne pouvez pas annuler ma réservation, la chambre familiale plutôt propre, salle de bain vétuste, les WC une odeur d’urine, et impossible de dormir la WMC fait un bruit atroce, et il y a une bouche également dans le coin nuit au-dessus! J’ai connu des B&B beaucoup mieux que cette établissement, c’est dommage et l’eco-responsabilité vous devriez intégrer une gestion de l’éclairage car toute la nuit c’est allumé dans les couloirs, idem pour l’éclairage extérieur et il y n’a que des rideaux
