Staff were very good and accomodating and also very clean hotel. Nice food at breakfast. They received my recommendation to put some soft cushion on the kids club slide ball pit area and acted very quickly as it was originally quite dangerous for small kids going down the slide with no cushioning at all on the hard cemented floor ball pit area. I am very happy with their service. They provide personalised pancake for kids with their name written in it. I will definitely come back here again next time.
