Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is extremely old and worn down, and the entire interior reflects that. The beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a swimming pool, but the pool was closed for renovation. This was not mentioned anywhere when we made the reservation. We even contacted the hotel through the app before our stay, but never received a reply. We stayed for two nights but left early on the second morning and therefore did not have breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel said they could not compensate us because the booking had been made through Hotels.com. In any case, the breakfast was not worth the price. The staff, however, were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the poor condition of the hotel, which was simply not worth the money.

Nice hotel, spa and breakfast

Nice hotel, a little old, however refurbished and rooms fully up to date. Hotel is in very nice area and you get 5 hours in the swimming pool with your room. Good breakfast - allthough scrambled eggs are standing from opening to closing - 4 hours. Restaurant could improve - food was ok, but ordered an Entrecote and got a flat ribeye - changed sides from french fries to patato salad, which according to the waiter was ok - but then - later with the bill a charge of 2 Eur for changing. I think this action explains the service level, we are at.

Het hotel komt wat verouderd over, de kamer was wel modern (met kleine badkamer) en helaas geen airco. We hebben de geboekte 3 nachten echt niet goed geslapen door de warmte en het bed. Ontbijt uitstekend. Wat ons verbaasde van een 4 sterren hotel is dat er alleen om de 3 dagen iemand op je kamer komt om o.a. handdoeken te verwisselen! Er liggen handdoeken voor max 2 dagen.... Dus bij de receptie handdoeken gevraagd en deze worden dan zonder woorden aan je gegeven. Ontbijt + Schoon + Service -

Zimmer soweit Ok,.. leider wurde kurz nach acht Uhr die Bäume und Hecken direkt am Hotel verschnitten was mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, aber für die veranschlagten Preise viel zu wenig auf dem Teller. Personal im Hotel und Restaurant waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Personal und Zimmer gewohnt top! Überraschend für uns als Stammkunden war diesmal das Fehlen der Albcard. Positiv: die kulante Regelung. Albcard und Thermetasche gehören für Expedia-Bucher der Vergangenheit an - es gibt seit diesem Jahr Bucher erster und zweiter Klasse. Auch eher unglücklich: der Kurpark ist aktuell Großbaustelle.
