Deluxe Room was spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast selection was varied, fresh and prepared to order in a timely manner. Staff (3rd generation family owners) was helpful in arranging a private guided tour of local sights. Staff was readily available when my original long distance transportation fell through and arranged alternate teansportation for me. Staff recommended excellent nearby restaurant when their restaurant was closed.

Basic but quaint

This was our first visit to a home stay in Thailand and the hospitality was lovely. Had some great help booking a Tuk Tuk tour of the temples. Rooms are fine, I suggest going for the more expensive room as it was much cosier than the smaller one with a more comfortable bed, bathroom is bigger too and it has a sitting area outside. Lovely family.

Hidden gem. Go for a walk or ride at night, the lights around a 5 minute radius are beautiful on the temples. For sure the place to stay for a weekend getaway here. Feels homey, welcoming, traditional, and quality.

Sweet family homestay in great area of ayutthaya - near the river. They’re no longer doing food but plenty of eating options nearby. It’s not right by the historic centre but easy enough to get there.

It is a beautiful property but it smells like cat piss and some areas do look dirty. We stay in the suite and the bathroom sink was holding out of two wood pieces, not sure if that is safe. Overall for the price that we pay it is okay. I do think they have as much traffic to fix all the little details, so if you don’t mind a cheap and okay stay support this family hotel that way they can make it better!!

The atmosphere was very nice. Staff is lovely and the food was great. It’s located in the middle of all the historical buildings. We rented bikes just around the corner to discover the area. The bathroom was smelly, we put a little plastic bag filled with water on the shower sink, that helped.
