The sky lounge and welcome drink were great. The room was clean, but I was a little disappointed that the shower room was not very good and the overall appearance was dark.

The hotel is old and in need of renovation but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an affordable buffet in the morning and a 7 11 close by but no microwave oven in the room to heat food. The sky dome restaurant is excellent with good food good price and live entertainment. The hotel is 30 minutes by car to downtown shopping and airport. I enjoyed my stay and found it pleasant

4/10 Fair

Unfortunately, our stay at Skydome Resotel was disappointing. The hotel did not match the photos shown online, which set expectations much higher than the reality. The pool was in poor condition, with many missing tiles, and didn’t feel well maintained. The room itself was acceptable but very average – nothing memorable or particularly comfortable. The bathroom was the biggest issue: visible mould and extremely poor water pressure in the shower, which made it unpleasant to use. The location is also a downside. The hotel is quite isolated, with nothing around it, and it’s a fair distance from the city, making it inconvenient for sightseeing or dining. On top of that, staff were not especially friendly or helpful, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. Overall, it did not feel like good value for money, and we would not stay here again.

Worst experience in Hotel

This hotel is my worst hotel I ever stayed. As I complained to manager K.Kae, I want to tell in writing again. 1. In Room 702, there was a dead bird 🐦‍⬛, rottened. When I opened the window, a bad smell came into room. So, we asked to change the room. The staff gave me Room 701. This is the worst room, I couldn't sleep due to the sound, I complained 4~5am. The staff came into my room. He said, it's a sound of water pump. It's terrible, how come your hotel charges for this noisy room. Couldn't sleep, waked up many times. Your hotel shouldn't let the guest staying in this room. 4. Another thing, I left room 701, and I forgot something when I returned the room 701. The lady cleaner wiped toilet cover and seat with towels. This is most terrible thing shouldn't happened. How come cleaner use a towel which is we using for dryinh our face and body to wiped toilet seat and cover. This is most terrible experience I ever had in the hotel
