Other than safety of the hotel and 5 restaurants to choose from, staff are really friendly and helpful. But above all, the thing I like the most is Mughal style interior design in hallway and public space in reception area and restaurant, which makes my trip to Lahore feel worthwhile. I had a wonderful stay at Avari Hotel Lahore. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a lovely suite. This meant a lot, especially as I was travelling with my elderly mother, who isn’t in the best health she truly enjoyed the comfort and space of the suite. The room itself was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. I also really appreciated the airport shuttle service: they kindly dropped me off free of charge for my flight, and even made sure my mother could come along and then took her safely back to the hotel. To top it off, the food I ordered was excellent the presentation was particularly impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience with thoughtful service that made a real difference
