1.最大好處離夜市近 走路逛街6~10分鐘就到了~ 2.好處是市區能有免費停車場(但要能接受比較選的配合點 要過橋走路12分鐘) 3.姥姥飯店了~但設施維護得還算OK~也乾淨 (大缺點是巷子內的幾乎沒路燈沒亮光 觀感不好) 4.冷氣無法調 晚上回房 洗完澡 不夠涼 晚上半夜又很冷 相安兩無事 平安渡過 5.附近有超商 離仁愛市場也近 生活機能都不錯 6.員工服務都有到位稱職

網站顯示有牙膏牙刷 剃鬚刀等一次性用品提供，但酒店係無提供，請旅客記得要自備。隔音比較差，常常聽日接待處的電話響或對話。說酒店提供有限車位，但其實沒有的，還是要泊在博愛停車場

大きな通りから一本脇道に入りますが、基隆駅からは近いですし、入り口の右側に直ぐ在るチェックインの機械も優秀でした(最初に言語を選びましょう) デポジットの200元の用意もお忘れなく。 勿論、フロントには必ずスタッフさんが居ますので、困ったら聞いてみて下さい。
