Öncelikle otel rezarvasyonunu hotels.com üzerinden yaptım. 1-Otele girdiğimiz zaman, resepsiyondaki görevli kişi, odanın tek kişilik ve kahvaltisiz olarak rezerve edildiğini belirtti. Sonra tüm rezervasyonlari 2 kişilik ve oda - kahvalti olarak yaptığımı söyleyince, bu sorunla sık olarak karşılaştıklarını çünkü hotels.com ile anlaşmaları olmadığını ve Expedia ile çalıştıklarını, indirekt olarak rezervasyon yapıldığı için sorun çıktığını belirttiler. Rezervasyon görevlisine 2. Kisi ve kahvaltı dahil olarak ekstra 4500TL ödeme yaptım. 2- oda üçüncü kattaydi ve asansör yok. Çarşaf o kadar kirliydi ki beyaz renk sarı olmuştu ve yastık üzerinde saç telleri bulunuyordu; örtünün üzerinde değişik renkte kirler vardı ve havlular ayakkabi ile basılmış gibi kirliydi. Bunu resepsiyon görevlisine belirtip otelden dışarı ciktik, döndüğümüzde yastık kılıfı ve çarşaf değiştirilmişti ancak havlu ve örtü değiştirilmemiş şekilde üzerindeki kirler ile duruyordu.

Excellent Location

Close to the main crossroads in Turunc and yet still quiet, a lovely hotel. Good Turkish food and excellent service. My only complaint was to be given a ground floor room when I mailed ahead to ask to not to have one but they were quick to move us a day later. Excellent mountain views from 1st to 3rd floor. Be warned no lift but not a problem as not very many flights of stairs. Corner rooms have large L shaped balconies. We went All Inclusive as, curiously, it was cheaper than any other board option. The hotel offers beach towels for a refundable deposit of £10. Turunc has lost none of its charm, lots to do in the daytime, lots of boat trips and water taxis to Icmeler and Marmaris available cheaply. Evenings are very quiet.
