Fantastically positioned small boutique styled/sized hotel in a great area of Toulouse. Room was of a good size, quiet with a very comfortable bed. Didn't have breakfast The staff including the owner were lovely, helpful and hospitable. We didn't need parking as we used uber or walked. The hotel has very helpful staff, a great vibe, tastefully decorated rooms, excellent central location, a lovely bed and parking close by. However, due to the lack of a lift, very noisy a/c and badly fitted curtains and no shower curtain (style over substance), l‘ll only rate it 7 out of 10. We were in the sculpture room.

Tiny tiny hotel Said it had on site parking It does if you don’t have a queue of traffic behind blocking single road. And a car the size of a mini Bright lights outside windows all night long so could t sleep Curtains useless Sent us to a restaurant that was closed! Never again

Overpriced, Cramped, and Poorly Maintained

The room was extremely small—there wasn’t even enough space to move around. I had booked and paid for a double room for two people, but they told me that since I was alone, they gave me a single room instead. I didn’t argue, but it’s like ordering a 700g steak and being served a 400g one because you’re dining solo—even though the bill still reflects 700g. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty, and the drain was clogged, leaving me with a brief, soapless shower this morning. Let’s just say I hope you’re not sitting next to me during today’s flight. The overall condition of the building is quite worn down, and at €120 a night, you can easily find much better accommodations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
