Lo bueno es que las habitaciones están amplias, tienen televisión con cable. Está aparentemente limpio y la regadera tarda más de 10 minutos en salir agua caliente. El personal no es muy amable ni servicial.

Muy caro para lo que realmente es

La instalación eléctrica de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente, faltaba papel de sanitario al check-in, pedían depósito por los controles de TV. Se reportaron los incidentes a la recepción e hicieron caso omiso. En las habitaciones no hay privacidad, ya que pueden escucharse las conversaciones de los alrededores. El WiFi funcionaba de forma intermitente.

NO VAYAN A HOSPEDARSE AHI

Después de realizar mi check in por la mañana, regrese a mi habitación por la noche y ya la habían asignado a otra persona. Nadie tenia una razón del porque, un total descontrol. No tienen agua caliente, no sirve el Wifi. Al siguiente día me querían cobrar aun mas por la habitación. Pésimo todo.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo entrando por el boulevard, el nombre de la calle no se aprecia, lo cual dificulta el acceso. Se informo que el auto podría disponerse en un lapso de 15 minutos y se tardaron más de 20, lo cual provocó retraso en las actividades posteriores (el estacionamiento no está en el mismo espacio que el hotel). La habitación se encontraba hasta el 4o. piso, sin elevador. La habitación no contaba con espacio de closet o por lo menos algún gancho para colocar la ropa. En el baño, el agua caliente tardo en salir, incluso en la noche no salió agua caliente. La regadera se encontraba no en buenas condiciones. La coladera del baño desprendía un olor desagradable. Las toallas podrían haber sido un poco más grandes

Traumante

Desepcionante por completo al recervar todo bien pero al llegar al hotel noa encontramos con que no habia cupo y noa mandaron a otro lugar de menor categoria aun que el administrador del hotel dijo lo contrario y ya para dormir nos percatamos de que estabamos invadidos por chinches e incluso ya nos habian picado, nos cambiaron de habitacion y lo mismo ocurrio y desidimos dejar la habitacion y no nos quicieron hacer ningun reembolso ni resolvernos nada en seguida marque al callcenter de expedia y me atendieron rapidismimo y resolvieron mi problema alojandome en otro hotel de mayor categoria pero lo traumatizante de la experiencia jamas se nos olvidara.
