We had a rough start but the hotel recovered well. The manager came to our room to apologize for not having any towels in the room when we checked in. She also brought a nice gift. It was well appreciated. The room was nice. Parking was easy. The location is close to town. The coffee shop in the lobby (which may not be owned or operated by the hotel) had painfully slow service. Overall a good stay and that’s to the manager for her efforts.

lovely check in, quick and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable we had a room on the 1st floor so had a gate to parking lot that was helpful for loading in and leaving our cooler and stuff outside in private space. The rooms facing the grass look delightful to have access to the grassy knoll and the Redrock view. The pool is lovely and well kept. Easy in and easy out. We only spent one night and slept very well.
