Element Bozeman

So before I say the bad let me say the good. The hotel staff is very friendly and the morning breakfast is delicious! Also the hotel is new so is nice inside. Now for the bad. The hotel is not worth 200$ a night the rooms look like a fancy motel 6. The tv is small and is better suited for work travel than a family stay. The room also was dirty and had something splashed on the walls that wasn't cleaned off and the bedding still had something black on it. We also had our dogs with us and even though they say its pet friendly its really not. There is no where to take them potty and the rooms really echo if they bark at all. The parking was also not the best. We were charged 5$ for parking but couldn't find a spot and ended up parking on the street. Also its not a big deal but they did charhe 125$ for incidentals when they told me it was 75$. It seems like a good hotel if you flew in for work but not the best set up for families especially with pets. There are nicer less expensive options in Bozeman. We would not stay again.

The property is located in a great location, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was pretty good, but the ceiling/floor was paper thin. We could hear every step the people above us took. For this price, I expect to not hear my neighbors and to be able to sleep on my schedule, not whenever my neighbors aren't walking around. They skimped on the base construction so the facade could be really nice. But no matter how pretty the furnishing are, if you can't sleep in peace at a hotel, it is a fail.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! Additionally, the hotel amenities were very well thoughtful and in excellent condition. Very comfortable stay!

New hotel, appeared clean, but the coffee pot was so dirty we couldn't even make a cup of coffee in it. Did not sleep well as the heat/air conditioning system fan was very loud and kept turning off and on all night. It was cold when the fan was on and hot when the fan wasn't. Great location with free parking and good complimentary breakfast. Nice staff.
