Convenient location, very quiet. However, the exterior badly needs updating and remodeling, the grounds would benefit from trash removal and some landscaping. There was no coffee maker in the room and none available at the office, which would have been a nice courtesy. The room itself, while clean on the surface, had dirty corners in the sink area and the “hardwood “ floors could have looked better.

Very dated hotel, been around for a long time. My 1st visit, it was okay. Room was clean, bed comfy, nice hot water but not a lot of pressure. Most hotels l stay at have some kind of breakfast, this had nothing. But overall, I’m happy with my visit .

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very aged with obvious repairs needing to be done. Our room was clean, with the exception of a very dusty vent behind the bathroom door - not a big deal. There was a large grassy area outside to walk our dog, but no trash can to put the poopie bag.

Super disappointing

This place was dirty. There were clumps of actual mud on the floor. I wiped down the doors and the counters and my Clorox wipe was brown. The guy who checked us in was nice. Most of the other guests seemed to be living there. There was no shampoo and conditioner. This was on the low end of adequate.

We came to Schenectady to visit family. We wanted a reasonably priced place to stay. All we really cared about was that it was clean and safe. Although out trash was emptied, the beds were left unmade and the floor looked like someone had tracked in dirt from the outside. The parking area was not convenient. There is a large patch of land that would serve well as parking spaces; instead it serves as a large space to walk to the front office for morning coffee, or just to the office. The office is not connected to the motel.The clientele were a mixed bag of ok and downright seedy. We realize that this is a no frills place and that’s ok. But they could do a lot better.

It is definitely a budget hotel, I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. When I drove around town I noticed that the super 8 was only about a mile away and was a little bit more expensive and looked a lot more modern this place is definitely older and feels that way.

Please don't even consider staying here, unless you are absolutely desperate. Do not believe the photos on the website, they bear no resemblance to reality. The whole motel reeked of marijuana smoke, to the extent that my clothes stank the next day. The room was very dirty and obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in months. There were numerous burn marks on the furniture, particularly in the bathroom. This was the worst Hotels.com booking we have ever had. Beware!
