The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

Excelente custo benefício na modalidade pensão completa. Boas refeições com cardápio diversificado. Quarto limpo e funcionários prestativos. A água da piscina é aquecida. A internet Wi-Fi é ruim nos quartos e os dados móveis pegam mal porque o hotel é bem “fechado”, então vc vai passar raiva com internet. Mas é pertinho das termas e tem um spa dento do próprio hotel. A melhor sauna que já fui na minha vida. Com certeza voltarei

Poucos atendentes para realizar check in e check out considerando o tamanho do hotel. A entrada com a rampa não estava funcionando. Se as duas entradas estivessem funcionando seria melhor e mais rápido o atendimento. A janela do banheiro não fechava muito bem e muito vento passando por ela e por baixo da porta da varanda.

Prédio antigo mas muito bem conservado, porém o quarto e móveis não são convidativos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã tem muitos itens, mas nada saboroso e pouquíssimas opções de frutas, tudo muito industrializado. As suítes de frente com vista para a praça não têm aquecimento e ficam geladas no inverno. A localização é excelente, o que é uma vantagem!
