Very well located, just off the Main Street and easy walking distance of port. Fabulous cafe next door (Il Posto) for great breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff.

Had a lovely stay in Kostis Hotel, the rooms were cleaned everyday, plenty of warm water and Konstantina is really helpful. It's a short walk to the old port where we caught the water taxi to other beaches. Despite its proximity to the main street in Skiathos town it was quiet at night. I would have no hesitation in rebooking Kostis if I ever come back to beautiful Skiathos.

Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall our stay was very pleasant and the hotel is cute and affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This hotel was SO cute and unique. It felt like staying in an authentic Greek boutique hotel. There are so many restaurants and shopping writhing short walking distance.

We were given a different room to the one we booked, but the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We were only staying one night though. But nice welcome and lovely place.
