Our room wasn't ready when we got there so was upgraded to a sea view room which I would recommend otherwise the cheaper room is a bit pokey and not a great view. Staff were polite and helpful and being able to park at the front was a bonus.

Staff were good, and frienly. Room was compact had what we needed for one night stay. Bathroom window was slightly open but wouldnt open or close. Bedsheets felt damp. Wouldnt book again as there were far to many steps for anyone with a mobility issue. 4 to get in, 2 to dinning room, 2 bar/toilet . Took lift from here but again out of lift 4 steps down, across landing and up 2 steps to room. Did eventually get a good night sleep

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There has been some effort made to start renovating the property but there is still an awful lot to do. Our duvet was dirty and we had to ask for a clean one and the window catch was broken. Having said that the room was warm, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had recently been updated. There was no hairdryer provided and only one medium sized towel was provided and they were very old and need replacing, one of them had a hole in it! The location was good with a tram stop being 2 minutes walk away or a 10 minute walk into town. Overall as long as you don’t expect too much then for just over £50/ night it does the job.

The room I had 108 was just right for what I wanted. The only thing which was missing was an electric socket for my razor. Otherwise, friendly and clean. Good parking facilities and close enough to the town for me to use my mobility scooter. I will be staying again

Great serene experience. Rooms were nice and, staff are very helpful including the night porters. The sea views give you the ultimate advantage to feel relaxed and enjoy Blackpool as Blackpool intended. Well worth it.

Ok for a night's stay when going to a show at Viva Blackpool. Room clean with lovely sea view but far too hot even with the window fully open & no fan which would have been great. Pleasant staff. Handy parking in front of the hotel. Basic full English breakfast arrived so quickly after we ordered it that it had obviously been sitting for a while & was a bit dried up. No serviettes available in the dining room. The hotel could be fantastic as it has a large lounge with bar & stage but needs money & a bit of tlc spending on it. Fine for the price though.

We booked this hotel as it only a couple of streets away from the venue we were visiting. The room was very clean and comfortable, we just had an issue with TV not working which was not that much of a problem as weren't in the room much. We did report it and the receptionist and he did try to sort it but we think it was more of a maintenance issue. The breakfast was great. Nice to have fried bread. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I think it's an old building and there were lots of stairs everywhere. I understand from speaking to a member of staff it was due a refurbishment. Would be wonderful if they did as it's a fabulous building and right on the sea front and has great sea views from the windows at the front of the hotel.
