Property is in a fantastic location and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are grand, however there was a lot of obvious mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with not much on offer, and flies all around the food that was out. Luckily, there's plenty of great options nearby for food. I'd stay again, just for the location and nice view from the room though

Great location. Just a 9 min walk from Bairro Alto. Loved the square directly opposite the hotel which contains a park, mini market and a small bar serving coffee and alcohol. Room was a little more basic than expected but still fine. Bathroom was very spacious and the shower was nice and hot. Staff were lovely and very informative and made us feel welcome.

An excellent B&B, location is close to many good restaurants and at a walking distance to downtown Lisbon, my room (Coronation Room) was overlooking the Botanical Garden and the rooftops of Lisbon, very quiet. Bathroom was modern, everything was spotless and well maintained. I had a great, relaxing stay.
