The hotel was clean and cozy. It's located in the central part of Aspen, which made every destination within walking distance. Our room was on the lower floor, and we could hear every loud step the upstairs tenants made. Once everyone is asleep, all is good.

Great location nice Aesthetic front desk guys were great our basement room was so stuffy but it felt like the hallway was air-conditioned could not open the window the fan didn't help much with the stuffiness the vent in the bathroom seem to do nothing.

Hotel Durant has small but very well-appointed rooms. The staff are all very friendly and put together a lovely Continental breakfast each morning. If you want to be close to everything in downtown Aspen, this is a great location. If you want to hang in your room all day, this might not be the spot for you. But if you like getting out and about, this is the perfect spot!

This is my third time staying at hotel Durant and I am absolutely blown away by this hotel. This is literally the best deal in aspen. I kind of want it gate keep it! Everything is so clean, the rooms are so cute. My bathroom was huge and absolutely pristine with gorgeous finishes. There is nothing budget about this little hotel. It’s just the best. It’s such a great deal considering it’s literally in downtown Aspen. It is no frills and the rooms I have had are small. You are only there to sleep! I appreciated that AC mini splits as the other budget hotels up there don’t have AC. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I just grabbed banana and tea and a bagel.

Everything was very nice! The only thing we didn't love was the shower head, the shower drainage, and the TV wasn't a smart TV. Outside of that, the location was walking distance to everything and everything was updated and nice.
