The rooms are very nice and spacious. They also have a full kitchen suite: 6 burners and an oven. The location is excellent — right by Playa Carrizallio. The cleaning staff is great — they even did our dishes. The pool is nice and refreshing. And the palapa on the fourth floor is a great place to hang out especially during sunsets.

Room was clean even if it was old dated. Bed could use upgrade at least. Mattress ok but pillows were not comfortable. Also it would be nice to have a blanket on bed not only sheets. No frills stay in a great location. Apartment is large and AC worked well. Towels were very old and stained, akin to rags. Get pool towels. Kitchen is ill equiped. Pillows are flat as pancakes and there are no blankets, only sheets. Great location near Playa Carrizalillo, shops and restaurants. Daytime staff not overly friendly, evening staff better. Pool was a perfect temperature. Not sure I'd stay here again.

a small gem of a place to stay

This is quiet, friendly, and very economical. The staff was excellent and gave extra effort to make our stay better. Location is ideal. Coffe shops, the best restauraunt in town, Almoraduz, a small grocery, and laundry are a block and a half away. I will stay there again on my next visit in PE. I have nothing negative to say other than the pool needed a backwash.

When I checked in it was a little frustrating that the hotel staff could not speak a single word of English in a country and region where tourism is the main industry? The bathroom had a very strong unhealthy chemical odor. That disipated after a day or two with the windows open. The location of this property is very good with easy 5 min walking access to the best swimming beach. The room is a good size and there are screens on the windows. The staff, although not able to speak English are very supportive and friendly. The manager speaks good English but after talking to me once never bothered to follow up to see how things were going, even though I was staying for three weeks and expressed some concerns. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel even though the bathroom shower tiles need some cleaning and grout refresh. The hot water supply was good and the kitchen had basic utensils. The AC worked and the TV and internet were workable with about 15 mbps.

The hotel has a great location but it is pretty rundown. You can tell that the owners don’t make any effort to improve it. Everything in the room is old ( furniture, cabinets, appliances,etc). The towels are stained and not soft at all. The rooms have a sewer smell. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We booked the larger room with cooking facilities which we did not use. They sell you a very large water jug for 50 pesos, great deal. The rooms are basic but clean. The bed was reasonable, the pillows were on the light side, I used 2 for sleeping. The showers had low water pressure. We stayed here 3 nights, it was noisy the first night, the other 2 quiet. The pool was a reasonable size, but mostly used by the families staying there, the rooftop patio was very nice. All the correspondence was in Spanish with no ability to translate. The hotel mainly caters to Mexicans with some non Mexicans staying there. It was very close to the Main Street and the restaurants and stores and one of the closest to the best beach in the area. The front desk is opened limited hours, the cleaning staff and maintenance crew were available before 3 pm. Reasonable place to stay.

En general limpio. Creo no habia chinches apenas salimos. Pero la publicidad es engaños ni se ve el mar. Adi qué no vale la otra pagar más. Son ol idadizos en xuanto a toallas, jabón. Y es curioso como te preguntan si deseas aseo osea nunca me habían preguntado sinolemenre lo hacen obvio si toallas a menos que lo pidas pero aseo no veonpor qué pregu tan y no simplemente lo hacen. Otra vosa qué no depende de ellos es el vecino se la pasa drogandose mañana tarde noche ... Lo demás bien restaurantes cercanos Olaya bien.. Carrizalillo no es para niñosno quien no nada bien. Mejor puerto angelito.

La señorita muy amable y atenta…pero la habitación no fue lo que esperaba éramos 3 adultos y un niño y solo había una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama en el cual dormí con otro adulto fue súper incómodo quedé con la espalda destrozada ya que el colchón era muy delgado, solo dispusimos de 2 toallas durante nuestra estancia.
