The property was conveniently located for a visit to Europa Park as it’s only a 15-minute leisurely walk so we did not have to drive there and we saved on parking fees. The unit we stayed was in the top floor so the spiral staircase was quite tricky to go up to bring our large luggage. So this will not be suitable for disabled guests.

Location great, ten minutes walk to main entrance of Europa Park. The advertisement does not explicitly state that this would not be suitable for elderly or disabled customers due to the extremely steep spiral staircase both to enter the property and to get to the bedroom. I even worried for my 13 year old son and myself. The bedroom at the top was extremely hot and the air con unit didnt really work. The accommodation was clean and well equipped and the location fantastic.

Very Clean and Cute place, but check-in was difficult to figure out. Cash was needed for tax and I didn’t have that since I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to use card. It’s on the 3rd floor. Not a problem, but good to know. Entry light inside was motion activated so no one could go to the bathroom at night without a light glaring into living room where one bed was. Everything else was good. No deal breakers and close to a lot of places.

Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price.

The room was basic. The stove did not work, but we did not eat any meals in the room. We took the room for 2 nights. Arrived Thursday evening, walked to Europa the next day.spent all day there, then walked back to the room. Left the next morning. Perfect for our need. Only issue was checking in. Could not find where to check in & couldn't reach anyone. We contacted hotels.com who was able to reach someone after 45 min. We were told where the key had been left & got in.

A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Stayed here for 2 nights. Location next to europapark was fantastic and the room was clean. The location itself is not very attractive. Check-in was challenging as there is no check-in desk and no instructions. Keys has been left on top of a keybox and I talked to someone on an intercom in German to know what to do. I got a message from the host how to do it 15 minutes after I had obtained the key. Room was okay but a bit shabby. Shower was damaged and hard to use well as the cold water tap was very hard to activate. Finally, the check-in message I eventually got stated that I had to leave cash in euros on the table on the last day. We did not have cash so we had to find a way to collect exactly 19 euros. Luckily, we met people how exchanged some euros with us.

The host did not communicate other than one message. We stayed in the Arthur room. The stairs up to the level were falling apart. The “Living room” was a hallway and shared with another room, completely useless. The listing made it look like we would have more room. The worst was the AC and WIFI. Neither one worked well. It was too hot and wifi was spotty. The fridge handle is broken, the toilet flush plastic was broken. The screen on the bathroom window was peeled off so anyone could see you. Overall I could have gotten better for the price in Rust. Maybe, not sure at this point. There are 5 of us so it’s hard to find apartments for that many people.

War bestens für einen Besuch im Europapark. Alles vorhanden und wir waren sehr froh um die Aircondition in unserem Zimmer (obwohl sie nicht so stark war). Zimmer waren grundsätzlich gut eingerichtet, die Qualität der Wohnung war jedoch teils von geringer Qualität (Fenster, Storen, Dusche). Jedoch für unsere Zwecke ausreichend und verhältnismässig günstig. Besten Dank
