my friend and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, in general I must say the location is amazing, it's really heavenly, beautiful beach, the restaurant and the food is 10/10, above all, very friendly staff especially the manager in the restaurant and Leopold one of the staff, he was very professional and friendly and helpful.
Room and view were nice. However, there are three points that made this stay a little unpleasant
1. the air conditioning did not work and there was a standing air conditioner that was very loud and made it impossible to sleep (we were promised a discount but when we checked out we were still charged the full price)
2.The internet did not work well, we had to change rooms which was also not helpful so I had to use my own data all the time.
3. Eva one of the staff at the bar was very impolite, at first we thought it was just us, but then we heard it from other guests, which is a shame for such a great hotel.
Apart from these points everything else was really great, I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Porto Vecchio.
