Terrible experiencia, desde el inicio me comentan que no hay toallas y que no me podían dar más de 2 sabiendo que reservé junto con mis hijos, hasta que les pedí mi dinero de vuelta fue cuando me entregaron las toallas, el desayuno lo pagué y me decían que no estaba incluido, les tuve que comprobar desde la aplicación que ya lo había pagado y todo para unos chilaquiles con huevo fríos y sin sabor, la alberca con exceso de cloro jajaja Sin duda no regresaré, pero para todos hay gusto

Todo bien, solo que las cortinas de la habitación están sucias y la milanesa de res que venden en el restaurante, está muy chica para el precio. Lo malo que el estacionamiento está a pie de la habitación y la gente que llega de madrugada hace mucho ruido.

No ofrecen ayuda con el equipaje a menos que uno lo solicite y eso haber si tienen alguien disponible. Ofrecen plancha y burro de planchar pero no hay en la habitación aun cuando la tarjeta de la misma dice que ahí hay. Uno tiene que ir a la recepción a pedirla y se tiene que dejar la identificación, que devolverán cuando uno la entregue. No ofrecen llevarla al cuarto.

Es un hotel amplio, me gustó que cuenta con restaurante y lugar de estacionamiento cerca de tu habitación, en general de ve limpio, camas cómodas, almohadas regulares y la ropa de cama y toallas se ven limpias. Si las use Volvería alojarme sin problema aquí.
