I have stayed at this hotel previously, but was a little let down this time. 1) the air conditioning unit didn’t cool the entire (small) room, but thankfully did the sleeping area. 2) there was a trail of dried blood down an entire outdoor walkway for multiple days of our stay, meaning it was not mopped. 3) noise rules were not enforced. Our reservation said no outdoor speakers, but a group of guests brought theirs to the pool multiple times without considering if other guests wanted to listen to their music.

This was my second time staying at the Blue Palms. The front staff is always very helpful. There are two well-maintained pools on the property. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The property is old-fashioned like many other hotels in Wildwood. It doesn’t have some of the amenities that folks might be used to in a more modern hotel but it absolutely doesn’t feel like you’re lacking anything. The bathroom is on the smaller side and somewhat dated, but I genuinely think that adds to the charm of this hotel. It feels like you’re going back in time. I think Wildwood, in general, can make you feel that way. The Blue Palms hotel is also super convenient to all of the attractions. I love that once I park my car in the hotel’s parking lot I don’t have to move it at all unless I choose to. My son and I took a trip down to Cape May so we had to drive there, but otherwise everything is walkable from the hotel. This makes it feel so convenient, like you’re in the heart of everything. The air conditioner in our room was amazing and worked really well. We were very comfortable even on very hot and humid days. I’ll keep coming back to this hotel because it’s convenient, it’s cute and it’s well maintained.

We had a nice three day stay at the Blue Palms. Location is one block to the boardwalk, on site free parking. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Nice small pool and areas around to relax. Bonus was the bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards that were available for free use!

I absolutely loved the location and the room was clean and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed there. Perfect location to see the country music festival and if I had children it would be great with the water slides and rides right there. The restaurant around the block think it was called kegs was excellent
