I never got to the room. I wasn't allowed to check in with my guest. They denied me after making me wait 15-20 minutes in the unattended lobby. The worker was sleeping in her room.

Generally speaking this is a "functional" hotel. I've stayed at other ESA's around the country but this one was sad. I was not impressed by the extra charges to have any utensils or cups at all in the rooms. The reason you get a suite with a kitchenette is to use it, not to get charged almost as much as the room itself for some utensils. It was also difficult to find. All in all if you just want a cheap bed for a night to crash it, it's ok. There are other and better options in the immediate area.

Not good! The ac made a loud grinding noise every time it kicked on, had to just leave it off. No hot water in the shower and the the drain in the tub/shower was stopped up. The toilet was dirty.

Budget friendly overnight stay with pet

Restful stay when my dog. Arrived late night so had to call and wait for about 10 mins for the night manager to open the shuttered front desk and check me in. Checkin was smooth but I was charged an additional $26 per fee, which in was unaware off. Bedroom floor was very muddy and dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in weeks

My stay at this property was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Housekeeping is only provided every two weeks, which already raises concerns about basic hygiene standards. In addition, the front desk area had a persistent odor suggestive of a plumbing issue, which made the environment unpleasant from the outset. More seriously, I experienced repeated insect bites throughout my stay. Initially, I did not realize the cause, but by the third night I discovered there were bed bugs on the bed. I was able to kill a few and document them with photographs. When I reported this to management, my concerns were dismissed. I was told the evidence I provided was not valid, and no meaningful effort was made to investigate or address the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the final night of my stay despite the room being uninhabitable. This experience reflects a troubling lack of concern for guest health, safety, and basic customer care. I am seriously considering reporting this incident to the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure that proper inspection, sanitation, and pest control measures are enforced to protect future guests. I would strongly caution others before choosing to stay at this property.

I changed my check-in date through EXPEDIA from Aug 1 to Aug 2 check-in and received confirmation. I had prepaid for it using my reward points... When I arrived, they had no record and I had to pay for the full price out of pocket... During the night someone tried to break into my van and messed up the out locks on two doors... I would like to receive my reward points back... There doesn't seem to be a way to get help from a person and the hotel was no help at all... Horrible experience and a gross hotel.

One problem after another from housekeeping to broken doors & a staff person unable to solve any problems. We were lucky to get a bar of soap & a roll of toilet paper literally. The place was barebones & not clean. The staff person’s response when we discovered the kitchen area still had food debris in the kitchen area was that “housekeeping was gone for the day”. And, she had no other room available. I suggested she call her manager & have him/her come in & clean it up. She then texted the manager, we waited & the manager gave her permission to move us to a disability accessible room - where the bathroom door jamb was pulling out from the wall & the bathroom door could not be closed no matter what we did. If this is how Extended Stay America now operates, don’t bother.

This property was not to my liking at all. It’s a pet friendly place, but was assured at check in that the rooms are all deep cleaned after a pet’s stay. Our first room had pet hair on the floor with dust on the floors. The room was not clean and smelly. See the pictures. I asked for a refund and was denied. Messaged Expedia for some kind of support. Expedia’s chat was not able to give me a refund but provided online credit. We got moved to another room, where there was a box of opened ice pops left behind. We asked to move to another room. The manager had their staff clean another room and spray Febreeze so there wasn’t a smell. We ended up just sucking it up, not wanting to lose out on our money. I will never stay at or recommend this property ever again.

Check in was quite easy! No problem there. The problems started after check in. The entire hotel has a horrible smell throughout. I mean it reeks! It is also very dirty! Had dead bugs under the tv stand! No table lamps. Kitchen is useless, no plates, silverware, glasses, absolutely useless! Office was supposed to open at 9 am. Didn’t happen. Met a gentleman in lobby at 9:15 am who had been there since 4am, trying to check in! They have a phone in the lobby your supposed to use for after hour help. KNOW ON EVER ANSWERS! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Never ever ever stay here.

Awful!! No night staff for check in. Even though I had called earlier in the day to let them know I was going to get there late, the maintenance guy didn't want to come to check me in. He had to drive from someplace, so not on site. He did come to check me in, but refused to let me read the documents I had to sign to check in.. wouldn't give me the key card unless I signed. 🙄 When I got to my room, it hadn't been cleaned at all. So I called down to the operator and he tried to have the maintenance guy come back to give me a different room, but he refused to come back. The operator told me I'd have to wait till 9am to talk to someone in customer service and there was nothing else he could do. I told him he could get me a room at another hotel. So he did.. then charged me for that room too. I got to the new hotel and my reservation had been cancelled as a "no-show" because the operator hadn't called the hotel to say I was coming. I got to the new hotel about half an hour after the reservation was made. (I got lost while driving.) The app won't let me upload pics of the uncleaned room, or they'd be there.

Good basic hotel. Stayed 4 nights during the College World Series. My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. AC worked fine. Fridge and Microwave worked as well. The staff at check-in was friendly and the process was fast. I can't say much more than that.

I am requesting a full refund immediately. I paid for a room that I was not able to use because there was no one available to check me in. After a long trip, I arrived late and was too tired to safely keep driving. I called the 800 number and was told the lobby was only open until 10 PM, the hotel was short staffed, and there was nothing they could do. That is unacceptable. I ended up sleeping at a rest area because the room I paid for was not accessible. This created a serious safety issue. Hotels.com should not sell rooms at a property if guests cannot check in after hours. If I do not receive a refund, I will dispute the charge with my bank and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Hotels.com, and the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Please process the refund immediately.
