rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft. the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind. very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again.

Excellent Staycation

We have a wonderful night at Kerry hotel to celebrate our anniversary. My husband and I are so impressed by the overall services here. All staff here are super helpful and nice (from reception, lounge, housekeeping, restaurant, swimming pool staff and the doorman who helped us over the luggage). The sea view Executive Suite that we stay is also excellent. Definitely will revisit there again next time.

As always, I love this hotel. The sea views are spectacular, as are the rooftop bar and pool/gym facilities. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Whampoa MTR station, so it is a convenient place to stay. My only slight complaint is that the housekeeping team come too early to clean the room. A little later would be better, or to know the routine of guests, to avoid a cat and mouse game. Only a small issue, as overall the hotel is great!

Don’t get me wrong the price reflected the location but I would at least put a minibus service on every couple of hours to get people into town as waiting for a taxi sometimes got tedious. Horrible experience, have stayed at many different hotels in Hong Kong but it was one of the worst experience. We stayed for more than 1 week, the king bed is made up of 2 single beds and the pillows are too soft and not comfortable. The room cleanliness is so so only. The bellboy at hotel parking area is rude. There are too many guests at the hotel and it’s a bit noisy in the corridor. Transportation wise, it’s about 10-15 mins walk to MRT, not particularly convenient. There are shops and restaurants tin the vicinity, which is the one only plus side. Overall, it’s more of a 4 stars hotel
