When I checked in, it looks like there is some space to store your luggage but it's a bit limited. People at the desk can speak English very well. Check in was very easy - they let you check out extra towels and items for a fee (what they have in the room was enough for us). We had the room with four bunk beds (although there was only three of us). It has a restroom. Room smelled of mold and the windows were left open to air it out when I first opened the door. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Akihabara (quite tiring to drag my luggage). The shower area on the floor was nice and clean (I liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided too). The bunk beds, pillow and blanket were very comfortable. Other than the smell in the room and the light mold around some crevices, it was a fun stay. The lounge area was a nice hang out spot to drink beer and order food as well!

Family room had plenty of space for 3 people with clean toilet and shower. The location was decent not too far from Akihabara Station, about a 10 minute walk away, although the hotel area looked like a residential/business area. The lobby/lounge area was spacious with chairs and couches and they sold food as well, though most guests kept to themselves. Hotel staff were nice, helpful, and spoke good English. Good experience overall!
