Boa estadia, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, a única ressalva com relação a manchas no teto do banheiro( parece infiltração) e o rejunte dos azulejos ,boa parte bastante encardida carecendo de uma boa limpeza, e a tv não é smart, não pega nenhum aplicativo e os canais locais travam muito.

O primeiro desconforto foi quando solicitei 2 mantas para recepcionista e ela me respondeu: vou ver a possibilidade. Como assim? Um hotel não tem mantas ou cobertas suficientes para atender seus hóspedes. Mais tarde cobrei as mantas na recepção e me responderam de forma hostil: O seu pedido já foi anotado. Passado um período nos entregaram 1 manta (coberta azul) e uma colcha de piquet. Foi tão desgastante que eu preferi nem reclamar. Ao acordar após a primeira noite percebemos que nossas roupas estavam cheias de formigas. O quarto estava infestado delas nas paredes. Solicitei que fosse verificado. O problema anterior me deixou desconfiada de que eu não seria atendida, mas ao retornar do passeio, as formigas haviam sido quase totalmente eliminadas. Solicitei a recepção um abajur para que eu pudesse ler enquanto minha mãe dormia. Não foi possível. Imagino que seja um hotel onde os quartos não tem abajur. A cortina da janela não funcionava corretamente, então o quarto não ficava totalmente escuro e finalmente a janela não abria para que pudesse haver uma ventilação natural ou uma troca de ar no quarto.

Propriedade bem descuidada, precisa de melhorias urgentes, cerâmicas quebradas no banheiro, quarto mal cuidado, móveis velhos. Ótima cama e quarto bem amplo, porém uma pena estar descuidado. O café da manhã estava muito bom, bem variado e saboroso. Localização é distante do centro, mas um lugar tranquilo e muito bom para descansar e buscar paz. Já o restaurante do hotel é muito ruim, mil desculpas, mas pedi um jantar e minha família também, que estava hospedada em outros quartos, porém não conseguiram comer a comida que pediram também, estava péssima e ainda cobravam uma taxa de entrega para levar no andar de cima. Me representou que o hotel está abandonado. Uma pena, pq uma reforma deixaria o lugar maravilhoso.

Quando cheguei, o check-in as 14h estava lotado, poderiam flexibilizar, 10-15 minutos antes para agiliza quem já estava por lá e não esperar as 14h em ponto e ter essa fila no check-in, que demorou uns 20 minutos. No mais, tudo muito bom, atendimento, funcionários simpáticos, quarto agradável, sem mofo e sem poeira, café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades e comida gostosa (caldo de carne tava divino) Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel bom, manutenção em dia, no quarto que fiquei, poderiam realizar a instalação de um sugador de umidade no banheiro, pois o mesmo nao possui janela. Café da manhã com boas opções de alimentos, bem completo. Seria interessante reverem a questão de adiantar o café da manhã para as pessoas que tem voo no período da madrugada, pois muitos voos saem de madrugada.
