Beautiful, relaxing rooms and site. Great food and bar at the Blue Wing Restaurant next door. Only drawback was that we needed to leave by 7:00 a.m. to make a 8:00 appt. in another town, so we were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. Many hotels have breakfast starting at 6:30 or 7:00. At 7:00 we would have been able to grab a quick coffee and pastry to go perhaps. Would definitely stay again!

This was our 4th time staying at the Tallman, and it was the first time we did not have hot water and our shower. We also were unable to use the hot tub again as it was not heated. The full breakfast was wonderful; however, the 9:30am shut off time is a little early, considering checkout isn't until 11 :00 am and it was a weekend.

Wonderful hotel, beautifully restored. The service was top notch. We couldn’t get a reservation at Blue Wings Saloon nearby for Valentine’s Day, and the owner / manager made it happen for us - which was a welcome treat after a long day of travel. Will definitely stay again, here or at any other property of this group.

This is a very cool hotel with a great staff. The room was really clean and comfortable with a terrific balcony overlooking the restaurant's courtyard. There are other options to stay at in the area, but if you are looking for a very nice, comfortable and unique experience, I can't think any other place even comes close to this.

The hotel, restaurant, room and staff were all fabulous. I had a wonderful experience using my porch, backyard soaking tub, and ordering from the restaurant. Highly recommend for an easy getaway. I will return!
