Relaxing vacation

Located in peaceful Ixia, just next to restaurants, super market and bars. Bus stop is also just at the corner. Pool area with three pools (one for kids) was great. We stayed in family room, which was clean and in good condition. Kitchen, living room and bedroom with terrace made living easy with a child. Aircondition worked perfectly. Staff worked hard and they all were very friendly. Live music and small gym surprised us positively. Buffet meals were ok, but quite similar day after another. Recommended!

Intentional double bookings

The hotel double booked our rooms and we stayed in a dirty apartment building 5 min walk - called Blue Sky. During our stay many guests had the same issue and as I found out from previous comments - this is a method for this hotel. They do not offer any time of compensation and they have a rude - you won't find something else at this time - attitude.

Poorly managed hotel

We stayed here for two weeks. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the "daily cleaning" is a joke. There is no daily cleaning. We asked for cleaning and new towels in the reception several times and I had to really raise my voice to make them take anything seriously. The pool area is also very dirty and wasn't cleaned during our stay. We also asked for the shower head to be adjusted on our first day as it was stuck in the lower position. Also asked for a kettle. We were promised it would be fixed asap, but it never happened during our stay despite us repeatedly asking for it. The whole place seems understaffed and very poorly managed.

4 stjerner på dette hotellet er overvurdert. Ligger sentralt til men bildene lyver. Bassenget ser romslig ut men absolutt altfor lite til hvor mange som gjestet hotellet. Fikk en dag der da det ble ledige senger utpå dagen, ellers måtte man gry tidlig ut for å kapre sengene med håndklær. Hadde bestilt to superior rom da jeg ville sikre balkong. Fikk et rom uten uteplass som luktet røyk. Fikk byttet dagen etter da det var fullt ved ankomstdag. Ved en anledning satt jeg i resepsjonen og fikk med med 3 nye familier som klaget på rommene. Rommene var små , tette, og fremsto gamle/slitt og luktet gammelt. Frokosten er heller ikke slik det fremstår på bildene. Helt middels frokost. Glad jeg ikke booket all inklusive til familien. Kommer nok ikke til å bestille dette igjen og ville heller ikke anbefalt det.

Ankom hotellet og fikk rom uten balkong, noe jeg ikke hadde bestilt. Måtte bo 1 natt der før jeg dagen etter fikk et stort rom med havutsikt. Bra kompensasjon. MEN: Forfærdelig dårlig renhold. Skittent bed ankomst og under hele oppholdet. Nestilye halvpensjon, maten var særdeles dårlig. Fant også gresshopper på maten som sto ut. Kelnere som ikke klarte å servere drikke til maten pg av dårlig kommunikasjon imellom dem. Måtte gå til baren og hente drikken selv. Det likte de dårlig, men jeg orket ikke sitte å spise uten drikke. Kommer ikke tilbake her. Ikke verdt pengene.

Helt ok

Var der med familien i 10 dager. Svært skuffet over mottagelsen. Skrev en melding i forkant om at vi lander sent på natta. Men fikk allikevel ikke sjekke inn da rommet ikke var klart ifølge nattevakta på resepsjonen. Måtte vente 3timer i lobbyen og fikk rom kl.07. Hadde trøbbel med internett i block 5. Og telefonen på rommet fungerte heller ikke. Dette kunne de ikke fikse og vi fikk istede wifi til hotellet ved siden av men allikevel veldig ustabil nett og vi var like langt. Etter 5 døgn fikk vi nytt rom som hadde bedre nett men dessverre etter to dager begynte det å lekke masse vann fra aircondioner. Hyggelig og vennlig personal men dårlig service på hotellet. Frokosten var tam og kjedelig. Dårlig utvalg.

Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava. Hyvä sijainti. Aamupala ok. Sängyt olivat tosi hyvät. Mukava allas-alue. Uimavalvojalle 10 pistettä, erittäin avulias. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Block 5 ilmastointi ei riittävä. Saimme siirron block 4:ään, parempi, modernimpi. Asunnossamme toisen huoneen ilmastointi lakkasi toimimasta kolmantena päivänä, konekorjausta lupailtiin päivästä toiseen, joku sitä kävi katsomassakin, mutta, kun poistuimme vkon jälkeen, kone oli edelleen rikki. Siitä miinukset. Lomailimme kesäkuussa hirmuhelteillä.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Excellent établissement de type aparthotel. Infrastructure moderne et bien entretenue aux normes de sécurité et de confort actuelles. Buffet petit déjeuner et dîner (ouvert au public extérieur) de qualité. Quelques améliorations nécessaires. L'équipement en materiel de cuisine est toutefois insuffisant. Pas de poubelles de tri dans les appartements. Le gel douche n'a pas été renouvelé pendant notre séjour dune semaine. Les détecteurs incendie de nos chambres étaient déconnectés. Le nettoyage quotidien doit être plus intensif. Excellent rapport qualite prix en cette fin août / 1er semaine de septembre.

Vi blev utdelat ett standard familjrum, fast vi hade bokat ett superior rum, Magda i receptionen var vänlig och bytte rum för oss, dock hade sängarna i ga bäddmadrass och vi fick be att få det, efter första natten. Fanns i gen tvål, shampoo eller body lotion på toaletten och dess blev aldrig påfyllt av städerska, utan vi fick be att få varje gång det tog slut i receptionen. Maten är ett kapitel i sig. Ingen variation varken på frukosten eller middagar. Vi bokade tyvärr halvpension. Maten smakade dessutom ingen bra alls. Vet ej vart de hittade kocken, men hen som lagade maten hade i gen erfarenhet av att laga mat för hotell gäster på en så kallad 4-stjärnigt hotell. Vi frågade om vi kunde få pengar tillbaka för 3 nätter, fast vi egentligen inte hade ätit 4 nätter. Vi fick som kompensation 2st soft drinks och utcheckning vid 14, för ett värde av 96 euro om vi utgår ifrån priser de marknadsför för middag för 1 person på gatuprataren utanför restaurangen. Personalen var dock vänliga under vår vistelse. Undvik detta hotell.

Hotelli oli meille aika suuri pettymys. Huone oli 'raihnainen' ja moni pieni asia oli viallinen (suihku, pyyhepidike tippui seinästä jne) ja siivous oli todella olematonta. Huoneessa on muutama lautanen ja lasi, mutta käytettyjä astioita ei vaihdettu tai tiskattu koko viikon aikana eikä huoneessa ollut välineitä, joilla ne olisi voinut itse tiskata. Aulahenkilökunta oli mielestämme todella ammattitaidotonta (mm. Ei tietoa bussiaikatauluista, osaamista vastata kysymyksiimme ja he unohtivat tilata taxin jota pyysimme lentokentälle lähtiessämme). Hotellin alueelta oli todella hankalaa saada taxia ja bussit kaupunkiin olivat aina todella täynnä. Allasalue oli kiva ja henkilökunta siellä ihan mukavaa. Suosittelisin kuitenkin ottamaan hotellin jostakin muualta
