We checked in for 4 night in two bedrooms. The view was spectacular of course. The restaurant next to it was very convenient with friendly staff as well. We had full Cabot trail days so I never saw the staff at front desk every time I went to find them in the morning or evening. Our room was not really cleaned daily - appreciated the new towels, but wanted to have clean sheets and a sweep or mop of the floor the 4 nights we were there would also have been nice. I tried to give this feedback or ask them but never found the staff to let them know.

The staff at Iona Heights are absolutely top notch. Grace checked us in and was possibly the most helpful hospitality pro I’ve encountered during our month-long journey in Canada. Chynna in the pub is another star at the Inn. I would highly-recommend this property for families, campers who need a break from their tent, or anyone looking for a low key place to stay with unbeatable views. It’s not fancy, but very friendly and responsive if you have a need or concern. Well-stocked convenience store on site, lively pub for dinner, Don’t miss your chance to walk on the beach. Ask for directions. It’s a very short drive and a great place to let kids (or dogs!) get a little exercise.
