6/10 Good

Great location and great to have a lift. Was given a room upgrade when we arrived which was nice and reception staff were great. Unfortunately though we were there in a heatwave and the aircon didn’t work. It was unbearably hot and we both left sick.

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. The location was great, close to all of the sights and museums. Parking was not too far away.

8/10 Very good

This is an old building so don’t expect perfection. Minor water damage in the bathroom but really who cares. The B&B is on the third floor and the elevator is really just a freight elevator, be prepared to climb stairs. The rooms are small but really all you need. The real high point is location. You are right in the heart of Florence.

Hotel was ideal location, free drinks and good room service. It’s not a luxury hotel but good for the price and ideal for those who don’t stay at the B&B and go and explore.
