The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The lobby smelled really good. Lots of choices for breakfast at buffet. Just to note, breakfast is not available on Mondays. The hotel is in a good location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Terrible customer service, no English.

I have had the worst experience with this hotel. No one spoke English. I have accidentally booked this hotel far far from my original location I have planned to visit, 3 min later I asked to be canceled, but did not give me any refund. Terrible place to stay. Don’t yo to this place please. Thank you.

객실은 넓고 쾌적한데, 객실 향이 개인적으로 별로였고, 샤워실 콘센트 위치, 샴푸/린스/바드워시 위치가 전혀 고객 프랜들리하지 않았습니다. 타월은 좀더 두꺼울 필요가 있어요. 주차공간이 좀 부족해서 길거리에 주차 했어요.

4년간 출장으로 이용중인데 한실방 테라스 전동암막 고장난지 6개월도 넘었는데 안고쳐놨고요. 돈은 그대로 받고있고요. 테라스 라이트도 안고쳐놨어요. 호텔원 합병되더니 예전보다 좋은거 같지 않은거 같네요
