Relaxing and Refreshing

upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located perfectly on the beach. the room was decent and the a/c took a second to figure out how to use. the only complaint would be the kitchen staff that serviced the dining area. they were not the friendless folk. we had to ask several times for items to be refilled when empty.

We like the area in general. Breakfast was good. We didnt like the bathroom too smail and dirty, shower didnt work propoerly. When we arrived they charged us extra for moving away from a construction next that we didnt even know. The room where we were moved in, had a balcony door which did not lock (broken lock)

Hotel has prime location. Maybe one of the closest hotel to the beach. But everything else is really bad. Everything feels old, loud air condicionar. Cleaning very basic, first day my room was full of sand as soon as I arrived. Breakfast is full of things that does not feels fresh. Everything seems good wise taste old. Really bad coffee, not even an espresso machine. No music in the restaurant. The quietness feels awkward to have breakfast. Receptionists avoid eye contact, super blunt, no welcoming at all. Check in made me fill a paper like I was doing an application. Not worth to stay or to comeback at all.

We loved our stay here! A special shout-out to the staff who were amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always impeccably dressed. The place is also incredibly clean, from the rooms to the rest of the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s right in front of a big rock ("morro") that splits the beach in two. You can literally walk 10 meters to one side and have calm water for swimming, or go to the other side for great surf. Being so close to the Recreio market is a huge bonus too—it’s super convenient for getting cheap, fresh food and finding good deals on just about anything.

Location was decent but that's about it. There was a park and fish shop near the property. It was so loud. Hotel is old and run down. Breakfast was terrible rubber eggs and canned sausage every morning. Mobilizing door to the balcony was unable to lock. No hot water after 10PM Staff was decent - ish.

This hotel is 20 feet from the beach, which is amazing but that has its drawbacks. The general area isn't great transportation or tourist safety. There is a police 'station' right next to it but it's only operational during the day. There are condos being built on 2 sides of the hotel which can be noisy during the week. For the price I don't think you're going to find a better deal though.

Minha esposa adora o lugar, é nossa segunda vez aqui, mas o hotel não tem um sistema para marcar isso e saber quem já esteve ou não lá. Eu realmente gosto muito desse lugar, o hotel é bonito, bem decorado, os funcionários são sempre legais e corretos, o pessoal do café da manhã é ótimo mesmo. O café da manhã tem boa variedade e é gostoso, estávamos com um bebê e até ela aproveitou bem as frutas. O quarto é bem legal em tamanho e as camas confortáveis, lençóis bons, as toalhas são boas, só o banheiro é um pouco curtinho nesse quarto que fiquei, o anterior era maior, mas não atrapalha em nada a experiência. Se pegar vista parcial ou total para o mar você vai ter uma experiência incrível de manhã, o nascer do sol ali é muito bonito mesmo. Quando puder voltarei. Pessoal da recepção, obrigado pelo carinho, sei como é o trabalho e os desafios, vocês estão indo muito bem.
