Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were attentive and very friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area. We had some issue with the AC however they got that sorted and were prompt on solving it. They have works going on at the moment but made sure we were aware. This is probably my fifth stay at this hotel. Its location is very convenient for attending the exhibition, which is why I keep coming back. However, one thing really surprised me. I had a similar experience when I booked a hotel in Kazakhstan. They informed guests in advance that renovation work was taking place and even told me that if this was inconvenient, I could cancel my reservation. At the Radisson, however, nobody thought to let guests know that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Personally, I can cope with this kind of inconvenience, but I still believe guests should be informed about such things in advance. The service itself is excellent, and I have absolutely no complaints about the staff. I have always enjoyed staying here. However, after this experience, I have to admit that there are other hotels that handle situations like this with greater transparency and consideration for their guests. As has already been mentioned in other reviews, there are also major issues with the room keys. Every time you want to enter your room, a member of the hotel staff has to come and unlock the door for you. At the same time, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Every single time they escorted us to our room with a smile and a positive attitude, and they were always exceptionally polite, friendly. In the hotel laundry, my trousers were damaged. The staff immediately apologized and offered us a complimentary airport transfer. Thank you.

Pool was very crowded. For example some families had a sunbed for their approximately 2 year old child. We waited about three hours to get two beds for me and my friend. Also room keycard system was broken so we couldn’t get in to our room by ourselves and every time we needed to ask a staff member to open the door. Also there was a renovation going on. It was impossible to stay on your room during the daytime because of the noise. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was beuatiful.

The worst staff ever! NEVER book this hotel in Tashkent! They are not friendly and do not care about your comfort, I thought I was talking to the wall not a humans at the reception. Horrible experience!
