Good place in Alpine

We used the Value Lodge as a place for our adventures in Big Bend National Park and the motel had a nice breakfast and the laundry was clean and reasonable.

For the price our room was adequate. No frills, but a comfortable bed and pillows and the room was clean. We would stay there again and since we love the area, probably will.

I stay here for a week every year in spring. I like that I can back my car up to the door. The people are always very friendly. My only issue is that the door didn't seal properly. This led to more noise than I would have liked. I will stay here next year.

We like the king size bed. We did not like the dust in the room it came through probably the door spaces. It only had one chair. Simple but good breakfast.

Good….call about pets and fee

Affordable, but NOT pet friendly however if you pay $20 extra per night she will allow it…. Or not can’t be sure

Simple, but adequate and an unbeatable price

We stayed here a couple nights, commuting to Big Bend for hiking. The owner could not have been more accommodating (pun intended). This is not the ritz, but suited our needs and budget perfectly. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay here again.

An older property at a very good price. Room was recently remodeled, great beds and pillows. Bathroom very small. Microwave and refrigerator. Very helpful desk clerk when room key was misplaced.

Great, clean and comfortable.

its an older motel that shows it's age a bit. It's clean and tidy, the people that run it are nice and friendly, even if thier English is a bit lacking. Yes, you have to go across the road to the sister hotel to get ice, but the room has a fridge and a microwave, beds are comfy and has a decent bathroom. I don't go on vacation to sit in a hotel, so it worked beautifully for my friend and me. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in west Texas.
